Born in Colorado and raised in Massachusetts, Cam has been fishing since he could walk. Fly fishing and writing both run in his family. At the age of 15 he joined the US Youth Fly Fishing Team and went on to win three consecutive world championships making him and his teammates the most decorated group of youth anglers to ever compete. Now, just out of college with a degree in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism, Cam is a full time guide in Western Massachusetts.
